The Intellus curation and learning platform supports great teaching and learning in higher education with intelligent analytics that help faculty and institutions select the best content for each learner. Intellus helps align institutional investments with course-level learning objectives to improve transparency and reduce redundancy.

MATH MOTION ACQUIRED BY CURRICULUM ASSOCIATES

Served as an advisor to Motion Math on the sale of its business to Curriculum Associates to further help elementary students improve their math fluency and number sense in key conceptual areas. Both Curriculum Associates' i-Ready ® program and Motion Math's games are designed with a focus on nurturing healthy growth mindsets, and the alignment of these two offerings will enrich student experience in the development of critical math skills. As a result of this partnership, Motion Math's award-winning games will be available as a supplement to i-Ready, which is currently used by over 5 million students and educators nationwide.

GHP identified, engaged, and negotiated a successful asset sale with a buyer who had a similar market approach to the company and a specific product need. In this case, the two company founders differed on the strategy and GHP was able to successfully close a transaction that met the needs of both parties and their investor group.
